Why a fee register that keeps itself.

The problem

Many schools, academies and tuition centres still manage fees with printed vouchers, a register and Excel. Vouchers are made by hand each month, with siblings, scholarships, arrears and fines worked out on a calculator. Nobody is quite sure who has paid, who paid half, and who still owes from last term, so the office spends days phoning parents.

What RollCall does about it

It keeps one list of students and families, bills every one of them each month by the school’s own rules, carries anything unpaid into the next voucher, and gives the office a fee counter, receipts and a WhatsApp reminder list. Payments are a ledger: never edited, only reversed by the owner, so the numbers can be trusted.
