Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026. The short version: use it fairly, keep your data accurate, and tell us when something is wrong.
These terms apply to RollCall, operated by DanixSoft (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your school.
Early access
RollCall is in early access and free to use. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans; we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing is charged automatically.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your staff logins private and remove staff who leave.
- Enter accurate information and have a lawful reason to hold student and guardian data.
- Send parents transactional messages only (vouchers, reminders, receipts), not marketing.
- Check vouchers before issuing them. RollCall applies the rules you set; you remain responsible for the fees you charge.
Receipts and records
Receipts from RollCall record payments your staff enter. They are not tax invoices unless your accountant confirms the format meets your requirements. Keep your own backups by exporting CSV files regularly.
Availability
We work to keep RollCall available and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” during early access, without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Ending use
You can stop using RollCall at any time and ask us to delete your school’s data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
